2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book tattoo or permanent makeup services. We may request ID and may refuse service where age, health or hygiene conditions make the procedure unsafe.
3. Consultation and booking
A booking is confirmed only after consultation, agreement on price and duration, and payment of the deposit. Service terms, price, duration, cancellation and refund rules, contacts, privacy policy and complaint procedure are published on this site before you book, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.1991.
4. Deposits and prices
The deposit is applied to the final price. Prices and duration may change before confirmation; the price confirmed at booking applies. No guaranteed-result claims are made.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations at least 48 hours before the appointment are rescheduled or refunded. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
6. Hygiene
Services follow the sanitary and epidemiological requirements of Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII of 24.02.1994. This page does not replace in-studio hygiene disclosures.
7. Portfolio and intellectual property
Photos, texts and designs on this site belong to metrvantis.com and may not be copied without written permission. Client photographs are published only with consent.
8. Advertising
All statements on this site are identifiable, accurate and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" of 03.07.1996. No medical, safety or permanence guarantees are given.
9. Personal data
Booking and complaint forms process personal data with informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" of 01.06.2010 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@metrvantis.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be taken to court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
11. Liability
We are liable within the limits of the law and are not liable for results affected by undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
