We provide tattoo and permanent makeup services and identify ourselves before any booking under Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015.
2. Data we collect
Name, email, phone, message and booking details from our consultation and contact forms; cookies, device and usage data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, arrange bookings, deliver services, keep records and, with separate consent, send marketing. This follows Закон України № 2297-VI «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 and Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015.
4. Consent and cookies
Ukraine has no standalone cookie statute. Where cookies or forms process personal data we obtain informed consent first; you may withdraw it at any time. Marketing requires a separate opt-in and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
5. Sharing and remarketing
We do not sell data. We share it with hosting, booking and analytics providers acting on our instructions, or where the law requires. Remarketing tags run only with consent; advertising stays identifiable and accurate under Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996.
6. Retention
Enquiry data: 12 months. Booking and accounting records: as long as the law requires. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@metrvantis.com. We reply within the time limits of Закон України № 2297-VI «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@metrvantis.com or +380 508 601 4349; we answer within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be taken to court under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991.
